FELLOWSHIP
Beyond deepening our spiritual lives and serving others, we believe building community with one another is one of our central roles. Our parish offers countless opportunities to gather throughout the year, from lighthearted cookouts to deeper spiritual explorations.

Our community would not be the warm, inviting, and enriching place it is without the volunteer army helping to keep it all afloat. From leading youth group to managing children`s chapel chaos, cleaning the kitchen to stuffing Easter eggs, streaming our worship services to scheduling every reader, usher and acolyte, Christ Church would not be possible without each of you! While we could never name each and every one of you who lends a hand to this community, join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. to hear our thanks for all you do (and to bid farewell to our dear Children`s Minister, Margaret Belcher. 😢)
Don`t know if you`re aware, but in our future, we slay dragons.🐉 Thanks to our littlest for imagining the future of Christ Church during our Founders Day Celebration a few weeks ago. We couldn`t have said it better ourselves. ❤️
We`re still basking in that Easter glow, and our sweet church has never looked better than when its captured by @damonbowephoto! Thank you for your support of our community.
Our inspiring seminarian (@erinzyme) and clergy (@ebee65 and the Rev. John Kellogg) led us so thoughtfully through the beautiful journey from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday last week. Let us carry their reminders of God`s love throughout our year. ❤️✝️
We just wanted to say THANK YOU. Thank you to each of you who spent part of your Holy Week with us this year. We wouldn`t be the warm, supportive, and faithful community we are without each of you. We hope the rest of your Easter season is joyful, and filled with laughter, contentment, and plenty of jelly beans.
IT`S NEARLY HERE! Join us this Easter Sunday to celebrate the most joyous of days. If you`re an early bird, come to our 6:30 a.m. service at @congcemetery, or join us in the sanctuary for worship at 9 or 11 a.m. (overflow room at both!) We may also be blessed by a very important visitor at 10 a.m., hopping out to the front lawn to share her bounty of eggs with the littlest among us! All are welcome, as always. ❤️🐣✝️
Join us this Holy Saturday from 9-11 a.m. as we come together to ready our sanctuary for a joyous and festive Easter. We`ll polish silver, arrange florals, and shine railings in an act of service for our whole community. See you there!
Let us continue our journey towards the joy of Easter by marking the solemnity that leads up to it. Join us for worship services on Maundy Thursday (7 p.m.) and Good Friday (12 p.m.).
Holy Week is upon us! Littles and families, join us for our youth-focused Maundy Thursday service, this Thursday at 5:30 p.m. It will be the sweetest washing of feet you`ve yet to see. Come early for a pizza dinner (our own last supper) at 5 p.m.
Between 21 and 40-ish? Join us this Sunday at 5 p.m. for Evening Prayer, followed by an egg-stuffing party complete with tacos, beer, wine and plenty of laughs.
This Sunday - Palm Sunday - marks the start of Holy Week. Join us on the front lawn ahead of the 9 a.m. service for the blessing of the Palms, or at the northern corner of Eastern Market at 10:30 a.m. for the processional through the neighborhood ahead of our 11 a.m. worship service.
Come one and all to your monthly *FREE* yoga class, taught by parishioner and expert teacher @betsypoos, this Thursday, March 26, at 7 p.m.! Practice cultivating inner quiet so you can better listen for the still, small voice within...❤️🕉️✝️
